Thirteen cottage communities held real estate pre-sales in May 2011 in the area near the Minsk Highway (including the territory along the Mozhaisk Highway). Three of the projects are classified as luxury-class developments (according to IntermarkSavills criteria): Deauville, Trouville, and Stol’noe. The first offering in these luxury communities consisted of 150 cottages, townhouses, and undeveloped lots. The rest of the 13 cottage communities in this area are considered business-class.

The 2011 Cottage Forum – the major event of the suburban real estate market – took place on April 21st and 22nd at the Swissotel Conference Center. The two-day event brought together more than 150 participants, including leading contributors to the suburban real estate market, such as the top managers of development, construction, finance and consulting companies.
The Forum was organized by the Cottage.ru website with the financial support of the Russian Housing Development Foundation (RGS) and the NAMIKS Agency.
